To set up a fund control account:
STEP 1: Begin by completing the Job Start Form with information on the owner, contractor, lender and project.
STEP 2: After the Job Start Form is submitted, we will create an Agreement for the parties involved and for the appropriate persons to sign.
STEP 3: After we receive the original signatures on the Agreement and an approved corresponding construction budget, the monies will be available to request from our web portal.
Our fund control fee is based on the total amount we are disbursing. If you would like to use our inspection services, please contact us to obtain a quote.
