We provide experienced cost estimators and/or contractors to review your client’s construction plans, specifications, and construction budget, and then render our opinion as to the sufficiency of the construction funds.

Portfolio Inspection

Trained inspectors will visit the project site, complete a property specific checklist, photograph the property, and evaluate any deferred maintenance, health, safety, code compliance items and issue a report for your use. In addition, a cost to cure estimate and current scope of work will be provided per your request.
