It typically takes a week to set up the fund control account.

How often are disbursements provided?

Payments are issued in our office Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Can the cost breakdown be changed after the project started?

Yes, the owner, contractor, and lender can agree to change the cost breakdown by completing and signing an Increase Request, Decrease Request, or Transfer Request form.
