Construction Escrow & Fund Disbursement
Fund Control Services
We specialize in the disbursement of construction funds which includes processing draw requests and tracking budget revisions. We act as an impartial 3rd party, provide detailed documentation, substantiate all transactions and provide accountability.
Construction Progress Inspections
We provide trained professional inspectors who will visit the construction site, photograph and evaluate the construction progress, and complete a written report for your funding decisions.
Construction Budget Analysis
We provide experienced cost estimators and/or contractors to review your client’s construction plans, specifications, and construction budget, and then render our opinion as to the sufficiency of the construction funds.
Loan Portfolio Inspection
Trained inspectors will visit the project site, complete a property specific checklist, photograph the property, and evaluate any deferred maintenance items and issue a report for your use. In addition, a cost to cure estimate and current scope of work will be provided per your request.
